Educator Hired Gun will conduct a freestyle/poetry workshop that gives a brief history and philosophy insight into the art of Freestyling. Looking at Freestyle as both its own technique, and academic tool, the workshop concludes in participants walking away with the basic components of rhyme, and a historical context of freestyling as younger cousin to Jazz, Signifying and for some one of the key strands in hip hop’s DNA.
